I began coaching in 2007 after losing 100+ pounds.
When I first decided to get lean, fitness and nutrition was an obsession and I ended up burnt out.
Eventually, I found a sustainable approach where I could maintain a high level of fitness while also having the time and energy to be successful in other areas of my life.
